My neighbour told us they had a rabbit in their garden and they had caught it eating their plants, this was about a month ago, then it ventured into next door and ate what it could, it has now decided to come over the road each evening at about half past six and spends about two hours playing on out front lawn, we are watching all the time, but we have never seen anything like it, Roger hides in a shrub and when a bird lands on the lawn he chases it, we do nothing but laugh, we have never seen a rabbit chase birds, he is only a baby and none of us can understand where he has come from, he is just like a mischievious child, last night he decided to eat a piece of paper, and he loves the taste of our lawn.

he is very sweet, bit like Peter Rabbit so i take it you will be doing your Mr and Mrs McGregor act to keep him away from the vegetable garden.

Lovely to see him Yorks . . . I love seeing rabbits, especially the babies, but then they're not munching away in my garden!

well he has not caused us any damage yet, but next thing you will hear is me screaming about him, watched him eating a rose bush last night, we think he may have been a tame rabbit that has got out,

Oh val ,one is cute but we have hundreds we are permanently fighting to keep them out ,we have to have wire buried into the ground to stop them burrowing underneath ...there wouldn't be anything left if they had there way :o(

Beatrix Potter has a lot to answer for!!! But I agree - rabbits are very cute - at first...
I very much like this photo, by the way - the curves, first of the gravel, then the road, are beautifully balanced.

Mick has nightmares about getting rabbits on our land. he has binoculars in the bathroom (no rude jokes) and kitchen for rabbit watching. They can devistate a veg plot in hours and we have enough creatures round here, lined up to do just that. Mind you, they are sooooo cute and your little one is no exception. Sometimes the cats catch them. if we are lucky, we get to it before it's dead, and then we put it back in rabbit field (that's not ours)lol.

Hmm, I got a first visit from a young rabbit in the area for 40 yrs plus apparently. He never got to go back and inform all his chums. Then we got a second visit from another youngster, who managed to get away and tell all his chums. we have had several since then. They all started on the grass. And they are getting huge and are taking advantage of all the nice things I planted out that are on their menu. Luckily they are usually 50' away from a road so I can do sommat about it. only trouble is that my plants will have holes blasted in them too.
