not me! it snowed most of the day! i like to go out in the snow when it isnt still falling!

lots of snow on the ground but its not snowing any more, temperature appx zero! i expect it will freeze over night which is not nice.

I just opened the kitchen door - it's so quiet outside. almost the same here - no snow and cold.

sorry to say not my original idea paul ~ saw it somewhere else which gave me the idea.

its quiet here ~ no cars on the road ~ makes a lovely change.

still made nice job though :)

Very good Sticki! I do love the "hush" with snow on the ground . . . particularly when you come home late in the evening and (with luck) can see the starry sky.

thanks sheila, i love that special snowy silence and its been particularly good here ~ i live on a busy road [that i dont like] but today very little has travelled along it.

See the chilly caterpilly,
camouflaged in snow,
He eats the crystalicy plants,
to make his body grow.
Getting to the pupa stage
he spins an ice cocoon
and sleeps the night all wrapped up tight
under a yellow moon.
As the day breaks with the frost
he breaks out from his case,
and turns into the great ice moth
flying off at a pace.
The great ice moth has ne'r been seen
by anyone around
But it's there and look with care
at crystal patterns found. (on the windows!)
