Inspired combination.

I went for a walk to collect some twiggy sticks which had fallen off the trees in our avenue after the strong winds last night to use as pea sticks on my allotment.
I took my camera as walking yesterday I saw this inspirational hedge along the front of one of the properties. Photinia with Forsythia growing through it.
I wondered how they thought of this wonderful combination. Into the recreation ground and there was their inspiration.
A huge volcano with red flames erupting from the top.

As a hedge SBG? Sound good. There is obviously several Photinias to make this hedge all along the low front wall.
