Marrow wars, the recipe

Ok in these hard times we have to economise and grow and eat our own veg.
I know this looks a bit like canabalism and eating a section of leg but its a recipe for using a bit of marrow.

Ok so you have your marrow (and a cucumber you wont be using ; )

the other side

The recipe is basically and onion and some garlic in a pan, then some sliced chorizo then add a pepper and a couple of tomatoes. In another pan do some cous cous and add some lemmon juice. I also added some mint and parsley. Also use some corrianderbut my packet couscous already had this in : )
The mix the couscous in and into the scooped out halfs of the marrow.

Heres my first crack at this

and heres what I had last night

Out of ten I would probably give it a 5 but a good way to use a marrow : )

heres a link to the recipe

Wonderful Stevie - but I only had one courgette (o). It wouldn't make a supper, but maybe new lyrics for a song!
