Getting to grips with the new Camera!

After replacing the Camera I had stolen I`ve taken a few pics with the new one to show how a few new projects have turned out.
Project 1 … A new garden shed which OH and our very obliging neighbour Paul put together.

This is the finished Shed showing the Entrance from the path.
Now a Side view , where you can overlook the pond whilst working.
Project 2 … A New Pathway through the garden.
We start here where the path from the Arbor ends, taking a lefthand turn.
which leads round the back of the bird table and lilac tree,
at about halfway I`ve put the mock beehive that Paul made me , which makes a nice feature.
This shows the pathway from the other end where there is a seating area I made earlier on in the year.
The pathway has now made it much easier for weeding, as before this border was about 12ft wide, I also think it adds interest to the garden as a whole.
Project 3 … While OH was busy with the shed I decided to make a drinks cupboard, I did cheat, however ,as I bought a kitchen cupboard carcass but made the doors , fitted and leaded the glass and using pewter knobs and butterfly hinges am very pleased with the result.
Paul our kind neighbour hung it to the wall for me..
All in all I think weve had a very productive time, can`t wait to go and buy a few more plants to fill in the borders.

I agree with Lily, you have been busy ! The shed looks perfect there, love the colour too, the mock Beehive is lovely, would Paul care to come down here to the seaside and make me one ? ! Brilliant job on the drinks cupboard, I wouldn't know where to start with leading glass ! You've got the hang of the new camera too, all in all, congratulations are in order. : o ))))

I agree with everyone also, lovely photos lovely garden, and a lovely drinks cabinet, not forgetting the garden shed, well done to you all, it looks great.

You could always make another cabinet for the other side of the fireplace !

Well done on all the hard work you've both put in .............. and I'm glad you've got a new camera, don't you feel lost without one? Now we'll be able to see more pictures of your beautiful garden.

What a beautiful garden stroller and the shed looks fabulous!!!! Someone stole your camera thats awful. I really hope they get whats coming to them with bells on. Some people!!! Now you have a new cabinet with lovely glasses in it have a drink to celebrate the wonderful work you have all done

All of your comments have really given me a deal of pleasure. Shirley about the other side thats were the telly is in a cabinet that we had made for it but ........I`ve just been rethinking the design so maybe ... perhaps not just yet got to let hubby think I`m drawing my horns in as to regards spending - get Christmas over first!!.

Wow Stroller, you've certainly been very busy, I don't know how you've found time to get to grips with a new camera as well! Great photos, so you've obviously mastered it well. I really enjoyed the garden tour, your garden has so many interesting corners and pathways. You've made a brilliant job of that cupboard too, well done! :o)))
