NGS Bracknell-Devonia

I went to see Devonia in Bracknell yesterday. It was a beautiful sunny day and there were lots of visitors while I was there. A garden packed with so many different plants and something new round every corner.
The pond is surrounded by various Heucheras
Next to the pond this sunny border
Some of the plants I liked best (too many photos to include them all)
Hops on an arch with a bear standing on guard (his brother over by the fruit cage I think)
Discussions about this tree with it’s beautiful bark. I thought flowers and leaves similar to my Myrtle. I asked and I think it’s called Luma.
Just going to put the photos on and you can see for yourself
I forgot to mention I bought a couple of plants too.
All in all a good afternoon with lots of photos for me to use as ideas. I think I know what I’m going to do with the sleepers I have now!

Great to see the garden through someone else's eyes.......glad you had a good day, Andrew certainly grows some very unusual plants doesn't he?
