DOTTYDAISY2 SPRING BLOG 1 (at long last!!)

Have not put many pictures of the garden on of late due to problems with the WILDLIFE….dont you just love it!! so here are a few, taken in between the lovely April showers…..

Have put in three Hawthorn Pauls Scarlet, set in gravel, and planted up with Alliums, using the lavender for perfume, also to match up with the lavender hedge on the opposite side.

Have re-vamped the grass and gravel area, far too messy, added a red Acer and my Buddha, so it is now a Japanese garden lol

The start of the little woodland area…

Our fairly new Amelanchier enjoying the wet weather….

The last of the Camellias to open……

Honesty, where would we be without this little treasure.

Better late than never double Hellebore.

Have removed the shed from the top of the garden, gained another 6ft of planting area, another blog to come re that!!
Hope this blog was not too long, will put another up with the rest of the garden, and what is left of the tulips, been a bad year for us, still you cannot win them all……
