It was lovely here today anyway - visit to Wiston castle followed by a walk along the beach at Newgale. What a good idea to put daffs in hanging pots - they look lovely.
I like the grey plant in the blue tray too...

Hywel always teaches us something. Washing the pots and hiding them behind the greenhouse for the winter will not
do when a few bulbs will bring them back into use to give
colour on dull days in the Spring. The great joy of pots is
that they can be moved around and arranged attractively !

Right turnaround here, yesterday outside in gorgeous sunshine with patio doors open all day and today all closed up with the heating on, the winds howling and the daffs are dancing but at least its not raining, your pots look lovely, very welcoming..

It's horrible here. The wind is getting up and it's raining. Yesterday was such a lovely sunny day. Bella looks well. Love your Spring flowers. It's also spring forward clocks tonight too.....

Thank you, Hywel, and the same to you, Beryl and Bella. Your Spring pots look lovely. It was beautiful here yesterday, but it's wet and windy today. Out for the Easter Vigil at church this evening. It usually starts outside in the dark. I think we might be following plan B this year!

Nice to hear of members keeping the Vigil. i always used to go. The Easter flowers were put in the Lady Chapel,
and we sat in silence, just looking at them for an hour.

Happy Easter to you ,Beryl and Bella Hywel. Your pots are looking stunning. I bought loads of bulbs reduced to only 10p a packet in January. I planted them in 2litre pots and sunk those in bigger pots. We are way behind here but I think I should have a nice display when they do flower. We are having terrible gales at night but mostly dry during the day. The forecasters have been promising rain during the day and it arrived this morning. It will not let up for at least a week. I felt very sorry for the runners in the Cardiff half marathon today. The weather was horrendous. No Easter egg rolling for us this year.

Happy Easter, Hywel. The storm hit our area overnight, strong winds and rain, some hailstones, too. There are a few trees down around the village but none fallen into my garden this time, thank goodness. We didn't dare go into the woods so walked Millie and Stanley along the Canal instead. It was hard going but enjoyable. Your pots are looking great :)
