Love that rain splash on the table in pic 2 Lincs...We've had no shortage of the stuff here, guess that makes us lucky!

I`ve been out doing the waterrun, both butts near the house were overflowing so I`ve been transferring to spares down the garden, also added an extra bin near the house to save my legs lol, bottom pond topped up naturally as well..

Yay it is here too Lincs, well needed and I know it is desperately needed down the south of the county, must be doing good, filling my water butts up too. Great stuff.

Heavy rain here in Sunderland too, wet and miserable day. May as well stay in the house and on the computer! lol

Yes! Lovely pics Lincs . . . and isn't it great. Very happy to seeing it pouring all day (first time for weeks), especially as I haven't got to go anywhere. A friend called in at coffee time and we had a "toffee cappuccino" :))

Oops its now snowing, sunshine later then fog, we might as well get the lot in one day..

Ours has turned to sleet now - bits of the white stuff in there - but we don't care! Soon be putting stuff in the oven and lighting the log fire . . . good Sunday. :))

I must be inspired by all the good ideas on GoY. Have spread all my seed trays and pots out on the tops of my side tables in the rain to have a free wash.

We couldn't be much further down South ... water butts are filling and we have put containers out to catch the rain falling off the perspex roof of the pergola ... not that we're desperate or anything! ... Even the birds seem to be saying 'Thanks' ... splashing around in the baths ... :o)))

Raining here too,and snow was falling further east this morning..we haven't done too bad,as the Water Butts were almost full..but dug all the borders over last week,and moved and split some plants,so they will be enjoying this today..so are the birds in the baths,Shirley..:o)

Rain all day today Lincs at last! Its also cooler as well. I was getting quite used to the mild weather.

Lovely REAL rain here in Berkshire too, all day and some sleet. Much needed but it won't take long for us to get fed up with it if it continues.......in fact, that's enough now thanks! LOL

I know what you mean Lily but I can accept it for a while, got lots to do indoors and there`s always my greenhouse, lol...

Love the raindrop splash on the table with the cute robin! We have a rainy 'window' at the moment - much needed like yours. Now the surrounding mountainsides might turn from dusty grey to lush green at last!
