Big Spend, I love vouchers..

Awoke this morning to a dreary wet day so thought" OH BOTHER!!!!!!!" or words to that effect, guess its back to housework again, then my mobile rings, it was my youngest daughter," Mom do you wanna go to Waterside??" were the magic words I heard, well obviously you all know the answer to that..
By the time we arrived the sun was shining and it was really warm, we were in seventh heaven, just the two of us, no teenagers asking if we were finished or implying that they’re starving as is their wont, lol…
So many choices and between us we had a trolley full, below are my choices today….
Could have spent longer wandering around but tea and cream scones were calling, as many of you know they are part of the enjoyment and as my daughter always says “Its the Law”lol.
All planted out now but too late to take individual pics, so will show tomorrow hopefully, all in all we both had a great day and apart from the cost of our cream treat I spent only £4. 69p and half that was on a suet treat for my friendly robins.
Dont’cha just love vouchers..

What a lovely little array of plants to lift the spirits and good company and a cream tea all thrown in. Isn`t it great plant hunting again and we do seem to be getting the odd day of sunshine here and there.

Vouchers.
It's like a Willy Wonka gold voucher, isn't it? Lol.
Mine (£100) came courtesy of The West of Scotland Housing Assoc.
Double joy, as I didn't know I'd been nominated!
No teashop at local B&Q though. :-(

At the risk of sounding familiar 'didn't you do well?'
A great way to spend a miserable day, and 'scones and cream, the law?' well what better.
I'm with you all the way, garden vouchers are definitely the best idea for a prezzie, when it comes to what to get a keen gardener...I love to get them...anytime!

Yes I have the best of both worlds in my girls, the eldest shares my love of visiting the stately homes, we are both members of English Heritage and like nothing better than a day out getting lost amongst the historical places armed with our cameras and the youngest shares my passion for gardening, only lives round the corner so the plants and ideas fly backwards and forwards, my son also loves gardening and is always good for giving me the vouchers, lol...
Pam the blue one is called Zebra Blue and the other primula is Victoriana, some of them were nearly black on the edges, really pretty selection...

Zebra Blue is just gorgeous Lincslass.

Linda we hadn't seen them before, many different shades of blue so we both bought them in the hopes that they stay true to colour in years to come....

My friends gave me a£100.00 voucher when I was ??. It was great spending it at the garden centre. What else would a girl want?
