Love it Sandra. We used to have a colourful cockerel with a colourful tail and he was a big lad. He used to lead out all the hens in the morning on to the land. He tolerated me but hated Gerry.

Gosh Sandra.....they just keep getting better and better.

CHickens are lovely to keep and in the winter I used to let my few into the veg plot and they scratched all the soil up and cleaned it from seeds and insects. We had two cats then Sandra but they wouldn't go near the hens with the cockerel protecting them.

Beautiful cockerel San, love how you've done his tail feathers, I agree with Linda, they are getting better and better! Well done you!

Ooooo! He's Lovely, wish I could paint like you, if I could I would paint my fencing with little French looking villages and flowers as a back drop. :o)))) Oh! And some chickens too LOL.

Balcony, my favourite is the black and white cat and if Tet is cadging the cock a doodle doo. I'm bagsying the cat:-)

I have that sound s one of my alarms on my mobile phone. One morning I set it as the alarm to wake us up & when it went off it frightened the life out of us - it was sooo loud! I had difficulty turning it off as well as I'd only had the new phone a short time!

Now I set it to remind me when I have to go back home when I'm at the allotment. It won't stop on its own either after a couple o minutes like my other alarm sounds - so I can't ignore it for a few minutes! :-D)
