Lol re birthdays in December - two grandsons and one granddaughter, my son and I all have December birthdays, Henri my Grandson and I actually share a birthday - in total five December birthdays then at the beginning of January my youngest Grandson will be two......such fun!

I haven't got anyone with birthdays around Christmas time now.
My mother's was on Boxing Day, and my father's was in early January, but they are no longer here.
All other birthdays are spread evenly throughout the year :)

My parents' wedding anniversary was also on 21st December ... I never knew why they wanted to get married at such a dreary time :( lol

our busiest time is at easter time...we have two children born on the 3rd april 2 years apart..and the twins were due on the same day two years later but arrived one week early on 27th march. we always have a birthday week...

Hope truffle had a good birthday.As you know, Tt,mine was the day after his (22nd) .......my brothers birthday was also Christmas week.his was 19th but he passed away 5 years ago.
I always joke with people who have a birthday near Christmas and say One big present isn't the same as two little ones is it??...they usually know what I mean.not that I missed out as a child really.
I worked on my birthday yesterday(as Santa) and there was a little boy whose fifth birthday it was ...it seemed strange getting everyone to sing him happy birthday but not letting on it was also Santa's birthday.
Strangely, my wife's friend from teacher training college who was her maid of honour when we got married 35 years ago, also shares my birthday 22nd. We h a e a few birthday coincidences as her late husband also shared a birthday(25 August) with our youngest son and my mums husband. And in May, my mum and wife have the same birthday 10th and my eldest son the 14th! Just like buses....they all come at once!!!

In my family & my wife's there are several birthdays in December & beginning of January. I have a sister whose birthday is in December. Then we have a grandson, also in December. I also have a nephew whose birthday is on the same day as our grandson's. In my wife's family in Spain she has a cousin, called Jesus, whose birthday is on Christmas Day!!! Then her mother & sister have their birthdays on the same day at the beginning of January! We went over last year to be present at my mother-in-law's 90th birthday!

We had a great Christmas in San Diego this year. It actually felt like Christmas because of the cooler than normal weather. The last 5 Christmas Days have been from around 80 - 85ºF (27 - 29ºC) here. This Christmas Day a chilly 62ºF (17ºC).
