. . . on the 14th June. I think the sun went in just as I was taking the photos – perhaps I should have waited.
Aquilegia (from the kind birds)
From left, Penstemon Frederick Hahn, Campanula glomerata (possibly ‘Caroline’), Penstemon Apple blossom
Geranium Patricia, Penstemon Frederick Hahn, deep pink Salvia with Campion, Campanula glomerata
Delospermum with Fuchsia and Geranium
Penstemon Huskers Red
Mingle – Petunia Tidal Wave, Penstemon Heavenly Blue, and others
Seating area
I hope everyone’s having a restful day :)

The pink salvia stole the show for me! I hope my scrawny blue one looks as nice as yours. Tips welcomed!

It's lovely Sheila, gentle soothing colours, my fave is Geranium Patricia, just beautiful. I was inspired to paint my outside table and chairs ebony, after seeing your dark seating, I'm really pleased with it too..:))

Thanks very much Terra.
Thanks Paul - I’m guessing your blue Salvia is a perennial? I only have one (S. Amistad) and it’s still small. My deep pink Salvias are the shrubby ones ... cut right back in Spring and then they really burgeon!
Thank you Janey 🙂 I’m delighted you were inspired by the colour of the seating - I love it too.

Thanks Sue, it’s very easy to take cuttings from. If you’re very good I could take some for you, but it will be weeks before they make enough root to survive the mail ...

Looks such a lovely mixture of frothy, soft colours so pleasing on the eye.
My favourite picture is the third one.
You have a very attractive area to sit also.

Thanks Chris - you like the same shades as me - glad my ‘pink’ border worked for you too 🙂.

It all looks lovely Sheila, I enjoyed my wander, I think I'd enjoy a cuppa in the seating area as well please...LOL..

Come on round Lincs - there’s enough room for us to sit two metres apart!
