There was a Scottish, a French and an English cat….
the cat from Scotland, called Suki is owned by Pixi
Finally got a pose more like Suki, this is Minty:
the cat from France, called Elkie is owned by Crissue
and this is the cat from England, called Minty who belongs to me!!
Perhaps they are all related really???

One day after a trip to Lincolnshire, Suki, Elkie and Minty found another of their lost cousins ~ Tipsy: ~ owned by Lincslass!!

around the corner came yet another creature, half cat half computer!!!!! look if you dare!!! “It is a costasianic breed. It may look a little different from the English, Scottish and French breeds. Instead of mice it catches people.” I will leave it to you to work out the owner of this one:
A request was then received from a dear dainty little cat, she belongs to an artist, there are several on GoY so your challenge is to remember whose cat this is ~ she has her tabby outfit on so that she can come to the party!
and now she has been properly made up ~ thank you pixi!!
And a little welcome to a nearly-tabby ~ same colours as millie ~ another friend from france although his owner is now in Africa:

I am not a cat lover as such but I must admit they all look gorgeous. As I have no cat myself, shall I add my squirrel's picture to make them 4?
What we are now missing are the pictures of the owners. I am sure they will all be gorgeous people too.

you can add squirrel if you like costas ~ what is its name cos all of these have names ending in the same sound. i cant speak for pixi or crissue but as for me the cat is better looking so belive me you are better off looking at my cat. have you been brave or have you bought plants??

Well Sticki, we DID have a tabby with a name ending in "y" . . called Chiffy, who started life as Miss Chiff (mischief)! But, sadly, she is no longer with us. :((

Let me tell you a story.
A few years ago one of Stickitoffee's cats ate the little mice living behind her garden shed.
They were all desperate and frightened and did not know what to do. One day a young mouse who studied criminology in an unnamed University heard the story from another G.O. Y member, not me, and said, it is so easy to stop Stickitoffee's cat from eating our race. He visited the shed in order to announce the good news to the other mice. They all gathered around him and said you have no more reason to fear of Stickitoffee's cat. There is a very simple solution to the problem. One of us to hang a bell on Stickitoffee's cat collar and when it comes to eat us we will hear the bell and hide. As simple as that. All the mice most of them young cheered him and started celebrating. The only one who sat in the corner quietly and did not participate was an old mouse, a little older than me. They all looked at him and said what is the matter with you and you don't celebrate with us? And the old wise mouse said. Can you tell me who is going to hang the bell on Stickitoffee's cat collar? Then they all stopped celebrating and run for safety and are still running.
The story is probably English but I heard it from mum when I was five. I still don't understand how she knew Stickitoffee. Excuse my English. I hope you understood.

tuesday ~ maybe the file for your photos is too large. if you right click on a photo you should get an option to 'edit' ~ go into that and then find resize ~ then you change the number of pixels which it will show you and save it under a different name. thats how what i have to do to put pictures on here

Wish I could do it on Isketch..they have lots of tools..never did get my head around photoshop and layers etc! not that i have it tho lolol.
I have paintshop pro..but cant understand all the layerring shut!

You don't need to use the layers Pixi, you can do a lot without them. I use Photoshop elements which is a lot simpler (and cheaper) than the big version. Took me a while to understand the layers but its worth sticking with it - once you get the hang of them they are very useful.
You can paint the decorations on your cat on a fresh layer instead of on the basic background picture and you can keep on altering them as much as you like without changing the original. Then when you are satisfied you just combine all the layers. If I can be any help PM me.

not yet pixi ~ a bodhrun ~ not sure of spelling is the irish drum played by holding it in one hand and using a very small wooden stick ~ both ends of the stick are used to create the sound ~ folk music ~ i love it. it looks like a tamborine without the little cymbols around the edge.
