Oh poor you ! you have certainly been very unlucky, it's so easy to twist your ankle, I did mine early last year and had to hobble about for a week. Hope you are soon back to normal. Its nice to hear you enjoyed your visits to the Garden Cemtre, lucky you 3 in one day, I would be bankrupt lol
Love your purchases the violas are lovely and a good choice of colours. Pleased you were welcomed home by your little birdie visitors [great pictures] ;0)

I'm glad that your GC visits and purchases cheered you up and what a thoughtful daughter you have.

Take it easy.

Poor you Gee, but glad you were able to get out and have a spend up!! Lovely plants, that Camellia looks healthy and should be a very pretty one, now you take more care next week, or you might have to go on another trip to a GC. LOL.

I guess on the good side.....lucky you don't need crutches with both hand and foot injuries. Not nice to be in pain so it was so great that you got an outing to so many garden centres, kindness of your daughter :)

You did well rescuing the camellia (it's so nice to bag a bargain!)...and violas are a lovely addition to pots or borders...so colourful and cheery.

Take it easy (as if you have a choice, Gee) and hope you're able to walk about comfortably very soon.

Oh dear Gee but a trip to a GC must have helped, inspired and healed!
Last night a huge log fell on Davids ankle! Bit of a bruise today!!

sorry about your accidents Gee, poor you but glad you got out and got some lovely plants to, the bird is a morehen i think as i have one visit in winter to, such timid birds but lovely, normally near ponds and marshland.

Oh Gee you are in the wars! Hand and foot to at the same time. Glad your GC visits were fruitful. I got my free Narcissus too at Ongar GC, and 2 one third price books. One on Penstemons and one on Irises. Hope your impairments soon clear up. Made a start on the Hellebore picture, just traced out from an A4 printout.

Thank you all for your best wishes :) The ankle is much, much better and the hand is improving slowly. Yes, Sanbaz, it is a moorhen, having a day out from the village pond!

TT, Millie has been very good accepting reduced walks etc, bless her - should be back to normal soon :)

What you like Gee, I do know from personal experience how easy it is to injure oneself when walking our faithful friends and you often don`t realise until ones hands thaw out and the bruising starts to show, hand and ankle at the same time cannot be good..
Pleased you got a bargain and the viola`s are very pretty, one of my favs at this time of the year, they always seem to be smiling at you and how nice to get that cute visitor to your garden, lovely photo`s.
Take care now and explain to Millie not to tug on that lead too sharply.....

Sorry about your mishaps. I hope you'll be better soon. You need to be able to get in the garden when it's nice weather :)
