Thanks Cinderella. It's Heucherella Brass Lantern, it was quite dark, straggly and small when I bought it in 2013 but seems lighter and brighter this year.

Tea please Gill , I love the colour of the bench your garden is exquisite so very pretty and full of gorgeous plants when I think back to how it looked after the flooding you had you've excelled yourself and worked some magic into it you should be very proud of yourself :o)

I agree with Cinderella, it is my type of garden too! It seems to be full of such lovely secret places with very pretty flowers and of course excellent painting on show!!

Thank you, I am pleased with the back garden, it seems to have taken on a life of its own, perhaps the flood water manured it! Cup of tea coming up, Amy :)

Thank you Gee, and no sugar for me.

OK, Cinderella :) This is my virtual open garden day - the village had plananed an open garden day a little later this month but it has now been cancelled due to lack of support (it's thought the burglaries in the village a few months back have worried folk). I'm not sure if I'm disappointed or relieved.

Best virtual open day of the year Gee. Everything is looking so well. I agree with all that the others are saying. It's a shame the village open day was cancelled as it is always nice to share your garden with visitors.

Gee your garden is looking beautiful....all that good work you deserve a tea or coffee or perhaps a glass of wine. :0)

I will have a tea please :-) love your use of the colour blue my daughter has just finished her garden after a lot of hard work and while on a visit to GC she treated herself to a lovely blue pot and some lovely marigolds to put in it so I will tell her she,s in good company with her choice of blue .

Great to get your fences painted. Your garden revamp has worked out so well. Lovely well filled colourful garden with lots of interesting features. The flood must have left some real goodies for your plants to feed on.

It looks so pretty and lush Gee its difficult to imagine it all flooded and all of us hoping for recovery with no lasting nasty effects,I know I'm late but mines a coffee if still on offer....

What a fabulous garden you have created, Gee. Surprises everywhere! I love your clematis, what one is that?
Love the hooches & hostas too.
It must take ages to do the watering & deadheading.
Your arbour & bench look wonderful, def not a mistake with the two colours.
My shed needs doing but gotta get the algae off first & got too many weeds to see to yet so not getting to it.
Is that tea still hot?

Thank you all, more tea and coffee made just for you :)
I did make brownies and shortbread yesterday but the family popped round and they are all gone - sorry!
Greenfinger - the clematis is Westerplatte and has really put on a good show these last two years.
