Beautiful photo TT, so sorry to hear about conker, I hope he is on the mend quickly, he looks so healthy, he really is a gorgeous looking dog.

He's such a handsome dog, Tt, so sorry to hear he's had a few 'off' days and I wish him well. Lovely Ilex too, all the way from Italy ? : o ))))

sorry to hear Conker hs been feeling poorly, they are such a worry, especially as they can't tell us whats wrong, he looks very well in the pic,-- think you both need a big hug

Last Monday, I had to leave Conker at the vet clinic for a number of hours for tests, and I really didn't like doing that.
He gets stressed out being away from me. Let's hope he stays perky now. :o)

He became unwell very quickly, but, after a few days, seems to have made an equally fast recovery, except he still has a little throatiness ...

Being left with strangers at the clinic is very traumatic for him ...
and for me ... I coped at the time, but the episode has left me upset ...

Tell me about it, i'm sure Smokey and Bandit was not as active as these two, and they where only 6wks when i got them as well, my poor garden is getting flatter and flatter as they jump in all the plants when there playing or lay on them, or its me thats more into gardening than i was when Smokey & Bandit was babies, Jack was suppose to be nutured last month but he was not quite big enough down there so he goes now on 8th sept for it, sure they will do him this time as he his quite big down there now, :o)))xx

...well, a quick visit to the vet, and then Jack won't weigh quite so much when he lands on your plants LOL ;o) xxx

When I saw the picture of conker on my homepage the last thing I expected was to read that he had been ill again! But I'm also glad he is making a quick recovery.

We went through several years of vets' visits with our dogs so I quite understand how you must have felt - & how relieved you feel now that he has recovered. Though there's always that lingering fear that he will get ill again & you will have to rush off to the vets with him again.

He looks so wonderful in the photo, was it taken before or after he became ill? I like the photo so much I didn't hesitate to add him to my favourites! Hope he continues to get better & that you both can get more rest from the vets.

Glad to see Conker is so much better! :-) Hope you have a restful Bank Holiday today. We are going to a town close by for a few hours, to visit the famous street market. It's been many years since we last went.

We left our little dog with an emergency vet after being told he needed to be closely watched overnight, only to receive a phone call to say he could come home after all, Id guess he cried & howled so much they didn't want him their - hoping Conker continues to enjoy good health

I'm afraid I've just seen this Tt , so sorry for all your upset, I suppose he will be susceptible to viruses etc until his immune system is fully recovered. So glad to hear he picked up so quickly, he looks a picture of health here. Rosie and Meg send lots of licks. You are allowed to give yourself lots of treats to make up for all the worry and stress, it's the Law! Look after yourself :-) x
