Wrinkly Runs to GC's seem ideal .. but I'm not quite sure what the bikers would do if they decided to buy any climbing plants... could be dodgy to have those balanced across the handle bars.. Lol.

I can tell you all enjoyed your visit to the garden centre and what nice group of friendly bikers you met pleased Conker and Truffled helped you to make such great choices those Heucheras are gorgeous and I have Sedum Cape Blanco its a lovely little alpine, we had SUN too today ;0))

Love your blog, pictures of Conker and Truffle, those super bikes and bikers and oh yes and your plants where really nice too - well chosen you boys and keep those cans handy the rain will eventually stop......wont it? :o)

Conker and Truffles are ridiculously cute as well as being good gardeners. Heucheras, Heucherellas, Tellimas, Tiarellas - how does one distinguish? Love them all though.

All of my favourite things, dogs, motor bikes, and Heucheras, what more could I want in a blog? A+.

What a lovely day out for you all, and to meet such nice people, these older biker clubs do so much fir charity I understand, ones I rememer from this area sre easter egg runs to the childrens hospice and christmas presents to the hospital wards, much more I expect......lovely folk as you say...

Lovely blog and pics Terra..some pretty Heuchera's and Sedums..glad your boys enjoyed their new pressies,and made some nice new friends ...I smiled at their names...and it reminded me of when we bought a standard rose,when first married..and propped it up between us on our Yamaha 250 motorbike !..it can be done :o) We were waiting at the lights when a police patrol car pulled up alongside...they just stared in disbelief I think ..can you imagine the reaction now ? Lol.

What a brill time you had at the garden with the two boys helping you and those brill bikers not to mention those lovely machines they where driving, takes me back abit not that i could drive one but loved having rides on them :))

... and, yes, people do like to stop and chat when they see my dogs !

I see one biker has a side car too TT. I used to scoot about for hundreds of miles on various scooters. We see a lot of older bikers in the Naafi at North Weald air field. They 'fettle up' beat up old machines and try them out for roadworthiness on the airfield. Load em back on the van and away. They are always so friendly. I'm sure Conker and Truffle were pleased to have a photocall with the bikers.

Talking of side-cars Dorjac , my uncles always had side-cars for my aunties just after the war , they were a cheap form of transport and very convenient in those days .
Another auntie and uncle had a tandem with a side-car (for the children ). That uncle is still going strong ( but on his motor scooter now ) . He's 96 yrs .

I'm late getting on here again having just finished allotment garden, having a fall and looking after the youngest grandchild. Brilliant blog again Terra, I was actually looking out for you when I saw the blog. I just love heucheras now! Your garden is looking lovely, so perfect. It must have been fun meeting the old bikers. Heuchera Marmalade is doing well in your garden and I think you'd like the Lime Marmalade too. It seems a sturdy one, and lovely colour. On my previous blog you can see it as a feature in the Wishing Well. That's why I bought two more of the same Lime Marmalade.. I like it so much... Lol.
