Summertime in my garden
My son has let me use his phone to upload some photos. So in no particular order: candelabra primroses beneath the arch.

Raised bed comprising allium christophii, geum marmalade , cosmos, clematis rhapsody, viola , more cosmos aquilegia
And a flowering grass.

At last a little colour TB. Long may it last :)

Thanks, GM. You have no idea how long this has taken!!! Although we took loads more pics there were so many issues with all the technical stuff that I had to stop at two. No idea why the first one came out sideways and, although the 2nd one looked fine on the phone camera, it has come out blurred on here.

Lovely to see your photos, TB - even if one did come out sideways.

Some of mine did too (ones taken with the camera turned to take "tall" pictures), although they're all the right way up in my computer.

Very nice Tb love the primulars..

Very pretty T'bear, there are days when it can take ages to download the pics, I play solitaire whilst I wait or go and make a cuppa, sometimes they have to be downsized before one can post them, if they come out sideways they are still good to look at, I just flip my laptop and we are all very good at neck exercises, as I said we enoy seeing one anothers pics and practise makes perfect, just don't get to the stage whereby you want to chuck the whole kit and kaboodle, (been there and done that as well, lol)

That is very colourful TB - my Candelabra Primula have started flowering now too!

Just a thought...!

Maybe your son or your daughter...or together...could get you a wee camera for your next birthday - or Xmas...

They don't cost very much, these days...Lumix are brilliant!
And cheap...!

Would love to see more Tb :)

Thanks everyone. It was my birthday yesterday and I am supposed to be getting a new mobile with a decent camera from my eldest son - probably a Smart phone. Any suggestions would be useful. Now Sam has emailed the rest of the photos to me, which he thinks might be an easier approach. Still, will have to wait for one of my other 2 boys to help me with that! The candelabra primulas are so easy to grow and these have been flowering for weeks now, but my other colours are just opening. They really spread about too and naturalise in the grass until OH comes along with the mower and cuts them down!!! Still, at least I don't have to do the mowing.

He cut them with the mower ! :O
I would have been livid ... lol

Yes, I wasn't too pleased but he is such a very good husband in so many other ways that I can't stay mad for too long! He's always prepared to put himself out for me and the kids and the cats and tells me every day how wonderful I am! I'm not at all but it's nice to be loved.

Yes it is nice isn't it ... :o)

Its lovely to see what the sunshine has bought out in your garden Tbear, I do hope you get your hoped for phone/camera so that we can see a little more.

TuesdayBear...I finally have the time to look you up. You have made such nice comments. A tip for you. I always down size anything I think I might post. It is such a pain to post and have them say, too big! It's raining here for the hundredth time after a lot of sun. I have a helper so I try to get to the paints. Her list is cut, move, and trim. My garden is a complete jungle. Keep taking pics. I love to look and get ideas. The photos on this site are terrific.

I did post a few paintings, but try to keep my list down so I may have removed them. I will post again...

Your garden looks nothing like a jungle, Wells - unless there's a whole lot you're not showing us, where the tigers and tree frogs and other exotic creatures are making merry! Everything I've seen is lovely.

Belated Happy Birthday for the 16th Tuesday, and I look forward to seeing more of your garden! You're quite right to forgive your OH's mowing the flowers as he says such lovely things!! I'm useless at anything technical, but since being given my little Lumix camera by my OH, even I can upload my photos . . . just wish I could take better photos :))
