Truffle's bargain boxes.

Truffle's bargain boxes.

Truffle bought these Sorbet Yellow Frost violas and winter pansies at the dog show last Sunday ....
.... £2 per box, sold in aid of Dog Rescue. :o)

Truffle wanted to buy even more boxes, but the car was already crammed with dog show equipment. so we squeezed the box of violas by my feet, and put the pansies on my lap. Good thing I was the passenger and not the driver... ...Lol.

Get planting Truffle. Have you put those Wallflowers in the borders yet????
Crikey, Tt, you've had more rain than us! I haven't seen grass that green in months around here. Nothing's growing, I've got no grass to cut. And, therefre, no money.(nothing new there then!)

Thanks, Louise :o)

Hi Paul ~
Truffle has been out enjoying lots of dog shows, so he is way behind with his gardening tasks. Conker has been busy with his mower and earned lots of money Lol. This part of my back garden is shady in autumn... you can see the sunlight catching the grass top left of picture...

Hi Swampy ~
Jack Russell/Lakeland cross sounds a super mix.... have you paintings or photographs of Timmy?

30 Sep, 2009

Truffle is growing into a hadsome lad. He obviously is learning his gardening skills from Conker. The plants look wonderful for £2 a tray.
The conkers are dropping here and I know a young lad down the road who loves me to collect conkers for him!!!

2 Oct, 2009

Can't get to the dairy section again Marie without grabbing a clematis?!!

2 Oct, 2009

Marie ~
Truffle will eat the cheese, to save your having to carry it home..

... and, Fluff, he's very good at grabbing ceanothus branches... gets lots of practice in the dog run. Lol.

2 Oct, 2009

I'm having to avoid dairy til the wages start to trickle in again! Lol!

4 Oct, 2009

N2o you just reminded me of when my dog was a pup he used to bite off flowerheads , take a look at me to see if I was watching him & run off with it (hoping I would chase him I guess)....now he just smells them too =D

All okay here thanks Mp...
We're all sleepy..
Talk more tomorrow.x

14 Oct, 2009

Sweet dreams! I just read it! Fantastic news!!

14 Oct, 2009

Sorry I haven't checked your news on Conker either. This last week I've spent a lot of time on updating my webpages & so I haven't been on here much.

To top it all for some reason tonight our "broadband" connection is slower than "dial up"! It's so desperately slow that I'm almost tearing my hair out! (What little I have left! Lol!)

15 Oct, 2009

Hi Balcony...
Nice to hear from you... Conker had more treatment yesterday... news on his blog....
...everything seems to have been slow on my computer these past couple of days.... Truffle definitely isn't slow... running around with his squeaky toys :o)

15 Oct, 2009

LOL! He'll never slow down, that one!

15 Oct, 2009

Good to hear that Truffles is still running around at top speed!

My broadband speed seems to be back to normal today! I can't understand what happened yesterday. Everything took hours to upload or download - I couldn't make a blog on the council gardeners I had intended doing again. Tonight I can read all my news & write replies as well & I'll still have time to read our people's blogs & catch up on what I've missed lately!

16 Oct, 2009

A dog that waters the garden for you! I wish I could have trained Jake to do that...lol! :o)

Sandra xx

13 Nov, 2009
