What a brilliant blog you have done TT, this had to take ages to do, so thanks for taking so much of your time to do it, i'd also like to thank Peter & Ajay for coming up with a fantastic website, you know it was just over 2yrs ago i went back to school to learn how to use a pc, and my daughter was on hand to help me with the homework they gave us to do, as soon as i had learned enough my daughter came with me to get a laptop, on getting home with it she set it all up for me and found me this website which will be 2yrs end of March, since that day its the only site i've been on, if ever this GOY finished i'd be lost with out it, and all the brilliant friends i've made. Looking forward to many more years with GOY.

I, too, am so glad I found GOY by a chance purchase of a gardening magazine. I always learn something every time I "drop in". Have gained many dear friends, and the kids and I are just so grateful for the plant suggestions, plants, seeds, props, ideas etc we get for our themed gardens, also the special postings of pics for me/us.

i think its just so nice to see and show what everybody is up to.
the ideas and info ive picked up is amazing.
my geography is better, most days i can tell u the temp or weather condition in alaska san diego and carmarthenshire.....

I'll begin with congratulating GoY on its third anniversary! :-) It really & truly "Grows on You"! I see that this great site began today but 3 years ago! I just wish I'd discovered it when it was new. But I enjoy making comments & blogs & reading other people's comments on blogs & photos. GoY has given me some place to show off my flower pictures instead of keeping them all to myself hidden away in a folder on my computer which went kaput a week or so ago! I now have difficulty in getting to my photos! :'-(

What a fantastic job you did of making up this wonderful blog, TT!!! :-) I can fully appreciate all the hard work you went to to "dig up" so many photos & then write witty commentaries on them!

Congratulations also to Ajay & Peter on putting together & maintaining & even improving on this wonderful site! Also to you TT for all the hard work you put in also with the creation of new categories & ordering of photos & blogs. My thanks also go to everyone who does "behind-the-scenes" work to ensure we all enjoy this site. :-)

I noticed a new comment so had to pop on here, its taken ages to read again, so many members not here now, brought a smile and a lump in my throat, reliving some of the memories, long may it continue even with its ups and downs I`d be lost without our Goy and all my friends ...

I was MOST surprised to see this thread appear in my comments page! I thought GoY was much more then three years old! I, myself, have been a member for at least that long!

I dk how I found this I was just following my nose. TT has not been on since mid August so she must be having a rest from us all or she is exceptionally busy. You are right Balcony, going by this blog written in January 2010 Goy is now coming up to its sixth birthday. Glad you all enjoyed a trip down memory lane and also that the site still endears us to each other.

It was lovely to read all this again ,and so many members I had forgotten about..long may we continue to enjoy GoY..
